| This course examines current issues
related to global business strategy including innovation, growth
of economies in China and India, strengths of Japanese and foreign
capital companies, technological innovation, localization, entrepreneurship,
marketing, joint ventures, and global leadership styles.
The course will be conducted as a seminar with lecture-discussions,
student group presentations, case studies, video segments, experiential
class activities, and research assignments. This course is conducted
entirely in English and enrollment is limited to 20 Faculty of
Business and Commerce students.

Student evaluation will be based on successful completion of
assignments and projects, book reports, case studies, class participation,
on-time attendance, presentations and two examinations
