This course will focus on strengthening English communication skills for business.

Spring Semester emphasizes development of research, writing, reading, analytical and presentation skills. This will help prepare students for writing research papers and their graduation thesis in English. Students will review current research in their field and prepare reports for presentation to the class.

Fall Semester focuses on development of effective leadership and management skills in order to assist students in becoming leaders in their organizations as well as understanding and initiating organizational change.

Weekly assignments and contribution to discussions are required in this class which will be conducted as a seminar. Class discussion will be based on texts and current reading, case studies, video segments, group projects and research projects.

The course is conducted in English and is open to all graduate students.

Supplementary materials and readings will be assigned as well as readings case studies obtained from Harvard Business School Online.
