Course Information

This course focuses on strengthening your understanding of the major issues and challenges involved in effective leadership of corporations in Asia.

There will be a specific focus on businesses and the styles of management of firms headquartered in Asia. Students will explore traditional and emerging issues for Asia's business and political leaders and their organizations. In addition students will enhance their communication and leadership skills on group projects with other students.

Among the topics will be the unique political, economic, social and cultural influences on Asian managment issues related to corporate governance and ownership, entrepreneurship and strategy.

This will be a fast-paced challenging and intensive course. The course will be conducted as a seminar with lectures, presentations, discussions and research assignments.
